Tracey Started Classic Cakes back in 1989, after working in her dads bakery’s for many years, she has built Classic Cakes up from the ground up. She is very much the captain of the ship!

Since the ripe age of 14 David has worked for his mum, studying art at college bringing everything he’s learnt there into the shop, training all the staff and head of the cake decorating!

With over 40 years experience in baking Ron is our skilled baker, producing all our goods himself out of our Reddish store! All the credit for our tasty cakes goes to him!

Cerys joined Classic Cakes after finding a love of cake decorating and instantly became a huge part of our team, specialising in our ever popular “drip cakes”

Joining our team in 2023, Karen hit the ground running, already skilled in cake decorating Karen fitted in right away! Creating some of our sugar paste master pieces you can see on here and our socials!
